Last few times going to supermarket I have avoided buying biscuits (my binge trigger). One time I even went in with the intention of buying some and managed to talk myself out of it. One biscuits leads to whole packet, especially chocolate ones...

Do you have room to make some compost bays? You have three Bays and rotate which one you add to.

I've been trying to lose since 2 weeks post partum. Pre pregnancy was 68kg got to 95kg at end of pregnancy. My baby is 3months I'm down to 74kg. I rode my oversupply for first 8 weeks and pumped a extra litre per day. The pumping was tiresome and restricted my ability to go out (imagine full leaky boobs after a few hours).…

I love hunting, it's a hike where you get the chance to take home meat for the freezer.

Going to loud crowded bars full of stinky people and not being able to hold a convo with anyone cos it's too loud...

I've gone from oversupply to under supply by overdoing deficit so be careful. Slow and steady unfortunately, the moment you push that deficit too high your supply drops. Only aim to shave a few pounds while breastfeeding and plan to hit it hard after. It sucks but its worth the patience.

I used to have similar issues with ski boots. Had to wear mens ones partly done up. Gumboots too never used to fit ladies gumboots.

I grew a whole bunch of it to discover it was not something I enjoyed even buried in a stir fry. 3 years on and it still pops up self seeded in garden... I let things go to seed for bees. The self seeded silver beet is much tastier.

Clothes practical ones not just pretty ones. Don't get new born size some babies start too big for them. Avoid nappies unless you know they aren't going the cloth direction. Don't presume and get them the cloth either. Vouchers for baby stores are the safest.

I didn't until I found the right motivation. Are you able to put your things that motivate you on the fridge or cupboards to help stop you eating too much?

I can go from an oversupply to under supply within a week if I try to big of a deficit. I'm working on finding the right number. For first 8 weeks I was pumping an extra litre on top of what my girl drunk. Now it's around 300ml extra as pumping that much was annoying. The plan is to have enough frozen so I can wean around…

The heavier you are the more you burn in a day, it will reduce as you lose weight. It takes alot of energy to move your body around when you carry extra weight. Trust in the system.

I can still out plank my students in my muay Thai class after recently having a baby. Side plank leg and arm lifted and normal plank opposite arm and leg lifted.

Our dog kit, technically a sheep dog but we got her for hunting. She spends most of the time hunting sticks to be thrown.

I kicked the caffeine B4 getting pregnant with latest baby and its been great. If I have a coffee now in the morning I'd be awake all day. I use vitaplan (meal replacement) as my pick me up as its protein and carbs, actually had it for dinner last night cos I was low on calories.

I could eat that easy but could I burn it? I can burn max 700cal per hour 10k/700 = 14.3 hours... At a hard pace... So nope.

Throughout the whole of my pregnancy I kept a good blood pressure ranging from 110/70 to 120/80. I started it fit and healthy and tried to keep as much fitness I could all the way through, gained a bit too much weight but was fit still. I had a strong healthy big baby to show for it.

I wear whatever I grab first... Only time I put some thought into it is when I'm teaching muay Thai cos I make sure I wear uniform gym top. I'd hate to think people would judge my mismatched branded/nonbranded gym clothes. Although I'm working towards being able to fit into my gladiator skirt (muay Thai shorts) that I…

I was fine for a few classes of bjj until I got paired with a guy that I didn't trust not to put on locks too fast (I. E not give me time to tap) and he also stunk of weed (hate that smell). But I'm not one to insult people by being picky about partners. It's great having my partner into the sport too we can spar etc. Only…
