  • I love Popcorn, its a great snack. especially skinny popcorn. i have one bag and it only has 50 calories and has great flavours.. to be honest it depends what kind of popcorn you having, obviously the tofee caramel flavour would be high calories and high in sugar

  • get some blackcurant dehydration tablets and put them in water, hopefully there will recharge your electroyltes in your body.
  • it dont help you lose weight but its good for cleaning toxins out your body. i just have a warm glass of lemon and honey water when i wake up in the morning before breakfast but during the day i drink just normal water. some people dont like the taste of water and tend to infuse fruits so it has some flavour to it.

  • coconut oil is my go to oil i use it to cook my chicken on a griddle and sometimes fish too. i also use butter occasionally in my eggs.
  • i take the yolks out of two of my eggs and one whole egg to make scrambled eggs. egg whites work better for me. and i have it with a slice of toast sometimes otherwise just with avocados for breakfast usually..

  • Drink lots of water, take care of your dental health and also opt for natural products instead of mouthwash, i would suggest swishing a spoon of coconut oil in your mouth for a couple of minutes. it basically an "oil pulling method" and gets rid of bad breathe.
  • i used to be a green tea fan and would go through cups of it during the day, this was many years ago.i remember losing quite a bit of weight, i dont know whether that was because i was in a calorie defecit or the green tea helped rev my metabolism up but now it really has no effect on my body. i dont think teas help in any…

  • I love Avocados <3 i usually have half a day. mostly for breakfast on a slice of rye bread with eggs and plenty of black pepper but sometimes with my chicken salad for lunch. no one else eats avocados in the family so im happy haha

  • Butters good depending on how much you use. i would stick with the real thing rather then low fat options. margarine gives you a different taste lol. i only use butter to cook my morning scrambled eggs and then coconut oil for fish and meat and other thing foods.

  • Well done girl. you can do it. that sounds about right but most likely its water weight, weigh yourself once a week in the morning or however you prefer it, some people weigh themselves everyday but that only effects you mentally. to be honest ive stop looking at the scales now and just see if the clothes fit me better

  • is this joe wicks book/ plan? i hear hes good but i wouldnt really pay for the plan as its all about knowledge and you can do everything yourself. i do follow some of his workouts every now and again and his recipes are good too.

  • as long as you are eating the right amount of calories its fine. the less weight you have to lose, the slowly it comes off. ive hit a plateau for months as im closer to my goal. and believe me it took me just over 5 months to lose 15lbs so its normal. the longer it takes the better we will be able to maintain it. good luck…
