Sounds great, but unfortunately we all have different lifestyles with different demands. I have to sacrifice quality time with my 2 yr old and put her to bed earlier just to fit that 10 minutes in , because I'm also tending to my 8 yr old. Kudos on having that free time. You're a lucky woman :)

Ok, that's great info. My biggest fear is losing all this weight and having sagging skin afterwards. Any ideas on how to avoid that?

It says to go from 250 to 175 in a year I would need 1300 cals a day. I figure from the lack of real exercise and I sit at a desk all day, i just cut 100 cals off. That's 2 pounds a week.

Trying to lose 85 pounds, no specific time limit. Down 4pds so far. From 250 to 165 is where I'm headed. Wish me luck!

My limit is 1300. Just the fact that there was food around. I only started a week ago. Lost 4 pounds and I refuse to stop so soon. I burned 120 cals by dancing 15 min. I feel on track again.

Yes, to make myself feel better I did 15 minutes of dancing.. Burned 120 calories. Not much but at least I can have a small snack now.

Thank you! Its amazing what something as simple as eating less can do. I start adding my workouts tonight. Hopefully that helps even more.
