    I've eaten 6000 calories in one day.
    In fact.. i did that for years. But i have binge eating disorder and i am now medicated.

    Oh no! Im glad youre getting your medicine. I may need to look into that.

    Yup, I call it "Wednesday and Thursday last week".

    Lolol, more like Saturday and Sunday for me.

    I pretty much eat like that all the time, but that is my goal so I try not to avoid it ;)

    Not to burst the bubble here but its unlikely they are going to prescribe you a narcotic for 2 days of eating.. lol

    Best advice I can give you... not sure what your cal goal is, but try not to let a few days over bring you down. Also maybe think about.. why do you think it happened? Does this happen often? Is your cal goal maybe too low? Are you being overly restrictive?
