Greek yogurt! I do the Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt strawberry. Mmmm. It has some fat, which is good fat, has good amt of protein, and tastes good. I can't stomach regular plain yogurt taste. Under 100 calories. I lost 15 lbs and ate it as a snack when I needed a little something.

I really like my PF location. It's quiet and I don't really need any assistance, we'll see how it is in January though. If you have problems, definitely speak up. Try Vega bars, they are so delicious. Can't believe they are high in protein and just 200 calories. Very filling, has fiber. HyVee store had them and someone mentioned how good they were and I tried them. I bought the box so it's cheaper that way. Non GMO. Plant-based. Chocolate caramel is amazing.

Don't starve yourself or your body will fight you and keep the weight ON. Eat sensibly with 3 meals a day. Don't snack much. Drink lots of water and keep moving.

Eating more proteins and fiber will fill you up and keep you satisfied longer. That does work. Drug type suppressents can be dangerous over time. Quick fixes don't keep it off long term. My dr. said 'get distracted' when you get hungry. The cravings will be less and less the more you focus on something else. Hope it helps.…

What helped me in the past was watching what I ate after dinner. That's the time of day where calories like to stick with you. Stick with mostly proteins at those times. Drink lots of water. Lastly, get enough sleep. Stress from not sleeping well often makes people overeat. Best to you with your goals! You can do it! :)
