    Welcome. For me, I started by getting my food intake under control. Now I'm incorporating exercise. Just take it a day at a time. You can do this.

    What helped me in the past was watching what I ate after dinner. That's the time of day where calories like to stick with you. Stick with mostly proteins at those times. Drink lots of water. Lastly, get enough sleep. Stress from not sleeping well often makes people overeat. Best to you with your goals! You can do it! :)

    meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss. calories dont "stick" with you after a certain time.

    First step is to keep track of every bite that goes in your mouth. Once you know the "real" amount you're eating, you can start figuring out how to stay within your recommended calorie range. And keeping track accurately means weighing EVERYTHING. Get a food scale.
