I bank calories the week before/the week of and dont bother tracking. I dont track for: Thanksgiving, christmas, Easter, sons birthday. So about 4 days out of the year.

I havent been hungry lately, so I have roughly 1800 calories banked that I will use for Thanksgiving. I'm not tracking that day and dont plan on going too crazy, but want to be on the safe side.

I'm still learning. Before I eat anything I drink something first and wait about 30 minutes to see if the hunger is still there. Lemon pepper chicken with oven roasted rainbow veggies - sweet potato, yellow potato, beets, carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, broccoli, onion and celery. All together it was about 475 calories.

I will keep everything until after maintaining goal weight for after a year and then donate them. I put them in the vacuum sealed and store them in my shed.

I was really surprised too. I put new batteries in my food scale and realized I was underestimating some things, and really overestimating others.

I will drink some water or tea first with some HWC. If I am still craving it, I will make room for it in my calorie goals for it either the day of or the next day, or find a similar lower calorie recipe. No need to deprive myself. Doing that is what causes the unnecessary binge eating.

I been cutting 100-200 calories of my daily goal this week will continue till Thanksgiving. I dont plan on logging, dont want to try and estimate all the recipes and dont want to bother my time with the food scale. It's one day, wont hurt me. Just going to drink plenty of water and enjoy the time with the family.

I eat volume friendly foods at night such as popcorn. I pre-log it so I know it fits.

I don't cheat considering that thinking like that makes me feel like I am doing something wrong, which I am not. I either fit it in my deficient calorie goals for the day, or I just eat Maintenance calories for the day.

For every piece of clothing I buy, I get rid of something that Is to big. A lot of my nice expensive clothes from torrid and lane bryant I do still have but I put them away in storage. I don't want to just send it to goodwill and I haven't found anyone I know that fits them.
