Looking at my wedding photo. The shirt (I was never into dresses) I wore looked like a bed sheet on me, not flowy and gorgeous as I imagined it would. And the fact that my husband was a pretty big guy back then and all of his clothes fit me almost perfectly. I didn't realise just how big I was until then.

I had a friend who'd regularly, every 2 months or so, ask about how I managed to lose weight. I told them about calorie counting and some exercises I did. That same friend would also show off with their trips to McDonald's... like 3 times a week. Last time they asked, I explained how jogging 2x a week doesn't make up for…

I can totally relate. I'm in the same situation. I've lost 49 kg so far and I'm reaching one of my goals (73.8 kg) but ever since I got close to it, like 0.5 kg away, I started slipping up. Yesterday I had pizza and that was after I've eaten all of my calories for the day, on Monday I went to a Chinese buffet. And many…

Pizza, or a plate of pasta carbonara from a restaurant in town, with at least 2 pieces of their stone-oven baked bread.

My current mini goal is to get to 73.8 kg or lower, so I'm no longer considered overweight on the BMI scale. So 3.1 kg to go.

What nobody told me about losing weight is just how much I'd start loving my body during weight loss, not for what it looks like, but for what it managed to do so far. :)

I'm on 50 mg levothyroxine, I have been for 3 years, and ever since I started this app (452 days ago) I lost 92 lbs, and still going. I don't really notice it posing an issue (other than that I get constipated more often than not due to it), but my condition isn't as severe as yours, so you have to take that into account.…

YUM! White chocolate.

"You look good now, you should stop losing weight" despite the fact I'm still overweight. I mean, I understand them, I've been obese my whole life and seeing me get smaller is definitely a change, but I don't think it's their place to tell me when I should stop losing weight.

Mash potatoes and a spinach sauce? You make mash potatoes as you usually do, as for the spinach sauce, you use around 250 grams of frozen chopped spinach, cook it in a little bit of water, about half a deciliter, and you add more if it's needed, when it cooks (there shouldn't be much water left at that point), you add a…

2.6 lbs a week is too much in general, yes. However, you are currently losing that much due to the fact you're sick and unable to work out (and also usually not able to eat much). Under those circumstances, it is completely normal, not a reason to worry, and won't ruin your metabolism - unless it happens often and/or…

First off, great job on the progress you've made so far and for being clean so long! :) Second, I haven't been in the same situation myself, but I've been in a situation where I was a child of parents that were in a situation like this. My mum did exactly what you are, started getting healthier, gym, hiking etc etc, and my…

Another introvert here, looking for some support. Feel free to add me. ^-^ Though I can't promise I'll be socialising a lot. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, it's a hard introvert life. :D

A set of soft and warm PJs.

I use a Samsung atm, and I like it, but I'm getting bored of it, the only phone I've ever used was a Samsung, so I'll be switching to iPhone next year, hopefully, to switch it up a bit. :D

Be driven. Android or iPhone?

In short; there is such a thing as being "skinny fat". You lost the weight, now what? Now it's time to build muscle and get lean. The way you'll do that is by lifting weights and stocking up on your patience because it takes a LOT of time. Maintain weight, follow a workout plan designed with muscle building in mind and…

Yum? Never had it, but it looks good! Wasabi nuts.

I just want to be able to do what I actually want to do. :/

I looove putting raisins in milk and cereal, and mash potatoes into soup. I also love dipping toast into olive oil, especially if it's homemade olive oil.

Went to McDonalds, and ordered a salad, because I actually wanted it! As a picky eater that doesn't really like veggies that much, this was a big victory to me.

Awesome, good job!

True, unless it's winter. TNP has an unhealthy addiction to Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

My favorite band is a Swedish death metal band.

I was feeling really sick today and I spent the whole morning in bed, and my cat, who usually hates sleeping on the bed when it's occupied, came over and fell asleep on my legs

Ate way too much, literally could not stop. Not proud of that, but I am proud of my reaction to that. I don't feel guilty, I feel good. I know I'll put on weight, but I accept that, because I needed this. Tomorrow is a new day. :)

A 1$ necklace from Wish when I got them a personalized box of goodies, that I made myself, worth 20$. It wouldn't have sucked so much if I wasn't in the room when they gave someone else the exact same one. And if it wasn't pink, and they knew I don't like pink. :D :D At least the box it came in was pretty.

People who make up having illnesses to get pity or attention... Grrr.

I'm at 3 out of 6 weeks into my workout plan, and in that time I went from doing 3 push ups in a row, to 10! And also managed to hold a side plank for 30 seconds without a break, despite annoying elbow pain. :)
