Xbox 360 with Kinect and some fitness games. It has been a great motivation for working out. Been using Kinect adventures and JunkFu. Have a few more to try as well.

I paired the tickrx to polar beat. I found the tickrx had somehow paired to the iPhone settings. Whatever that means. And had to unpair it. Then it paired to the polar beat app.

Although they may show up at different times, how do the time stamps on the the actual workout compare to yours (beginning, duration, end times)? From the picture you showed as an example ( running and treadmill) it almost looks as if your polar data is being received by polar flow for your run as both an indoor and…

Does the data look like you not exercising but still tracking or like somebody putting in a good workout when you were not. I've had my tracker app just decide to start tracking me even when I hadn't activated it. Also, could it have paired with someone else's device in the gym or the apartment next door?

@goldthistime. I am surprised algal substances like spirulina and Chloe Ella are not on this list. @OP. As some have said there are botanical classifications that are mostly structural/visual in nature, nutritional classifications that are nutrient and macrobiotic in nature and culinary classifications that have to do with…

However, the moral support did not hurt them. The competition and combined groups are statistically equal, however the support group is 15% better than the control group. So support helps a lot less than competition, but it is literally better than nothing.

Instead of yours or in addition to yours?

@ModernRock. What do you eat the sauerkraut with?
-
Don't worry I still eat about 2500 cal a day. But I need to cut back on sugar and carbs for health reasons.

If you want to go in depth on the research dcrainmaker.com has in depth reviews of each tracker after using them for a month and has a table at the end of each review comparing it to other similarly priced options. There is a lot in each review but he has it organized well with headings for various sections so you can skip…

Apparently this was in the wrong section so sorry about that, but I thought I would say I figured out how to do it (you tap the switch not try to slide it) in case anyone searches for same problem.

I think from what I've heard and limited experience with wrist hr monitors, they are generally accurate only for sedentary and mild motion, being very rough estimates above say 110 bpm. You could not expect to accurately track five zone hr workouts, but they are good if it has the right app for keeping track of the time…

I know you can use the tickr x to measure hr and calculate average pace using distance and number of strides in the wahoo fitness app. I have wondered if the Apple Watch could be used as the sensor for hr and stride with the wahoo app but I haven't figured out how. You would use the tickr x or tickr run, not the basic…

Could you explain how you got the the tickr to be recognized by the polar beat app? I like the fat burn feature but i could not get it to recognize my tickr x. I thought it only recognized other polar devices. Thanks. Also, I use my tickr with UA record which has the five zone vs burn and burst. Actually I run them both st…

I think the Apple Watch may have a lot of potential but I wish they had a lower power always on mode like the garmins do and more of the apps worked and could be stored on the Watch itself. The garmins look like their it a lot of future as well, especially with garmin connect. One of the limitations in an older article was…

Ray Maker of DC. DCRainmaker. Looks like a good blog. Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestions and information. It is surprising that that watches would have very different apps. You would tend to think you could customize the apps if you wanted to. I have an iPhone and bought an Apple Watch to try to minimize communication errors, but they seem to be app dependent. For instance, the…

If you count out 500 steps what does each one read? Sometimes things can end up getting counted twice and arm movements may not be registering like leg movements. Maybe just to see also try wearing the jawbone on your ankle for 500 steps if it is low on your arm. It is also conceivable that the jawbone is not staying…

Ordered Apple Watch 2 Nike +. I looked at a lot of possibilities. It just seemed like it has the most potential with an iPhone. The most for new apps, new gear, integration with iPhone apps/functions and support (aka apple support). I think it will expand very fast. I think the negatives are paying for a brand, not "always…

Everything is still a mystery but it does seem moov exercises are making it to mfp by way of apple health although not to UA record. I have to enter them there manually. Meanwhile for wahoo fitness I upload the activity manually to MapMyFitness and it is then copied to mfp and UA record. Good enough although I seem to have…

Thank you, Amandaeve. I looked into what u said and I t is working better now. In addition, I found if I share with MapMyFitness it sends to both MFP and UA Record, which gives me a good variety of ways to see the data.

Amazingly, Wahoo Fitness App has a way to directly upload a workout to MyFitnessPal and a few other Apps. I would try connecting the polar HR tracker in WahooFitness App. After putting on the polar h7 and opening the WF app, click the sensor button in the lower left side of the screen. Then add sensor, then, when it shows…

I have just got a wahoo tickr x, but I cannot get it to send the activity data to myfitnesspal. The workout data will show up in the bottom part of UA Record dashboard, but not in the main wheel. I am going to try recording my workout using UA Record as the primary app next time instead of wahoo fitness and see if that…
