Favorite low calorie density foods

Hi. I would like to hear from people about their favorite low calorie density foods. Foods that are filling but low in calories and sugar. One I've found is the calbee harvest snaps, especially tomato basil lentil crisps and low salt pea crisps. They are fairly low in salt for such a good, filling and low calorie at about 300 calories for a large bag. I'm less fond of my raw mixed veg powder but it goes down quick with water and is nutritious and filling.

For weight management, you have to get in an appropriate amount of calories. You are not supposed to starve to lose weight. You just have to eat slightly less; done right, you won't even notice that you're eating less. Hunger is not to be feared. You are supposed to feel a pleasant sensation of hunger several times a day, before meals.
You can eat anything you want. Consider if low calorie density food is really filling, and if filling is what really satiates you. Nutrients is what satiates. A varied and balanced diet made up of real, whole foods, provides the best nutrition.1 -
Currently, pink grapefruit. So yum!
But I also second what @kommodevaran is saying. I make room for 200-300 calories of chocolate or ice cream every night. Because I would freak out and eat all the foodz if I tried to stick to chicken breast, pink grapefruit and spinach.1 -
100 calorie Jiffy Pop kettle corn. Not really "filling" per se, but it takes a while to eat the whole bag and it's yummy.2

Popcorn for me. When I look at how much corn I am putting in the pot, compared to how much popcorn results, I know it must be mostly made of air.0
