I am looking to lose a total of 120 lbs I started 4-11-17 so far I am down 15 lbs I've set mini goals for myself my first is to lose 35 lbs by July first I'm off to a good start! I don't know actual ounces so ive been using my portion cups and then if I eat half of the cup I log half the serving same with pre packaged items I am understanding that weight makes a huge difference I'm new to all the healthy eating can you suggest fiber rich foods please and I've noticed the lack of protein also

Well I'm back since I posted last I gained 10lbs :( I've since most it and been very focused I'm setting smaller goals to reach my main! I've started going to the gym and I walk a lot more I am so ready to go to a water park lol!!
