I'm wanting to drop 70lbs any tips right now I'm calorie counting staying under 1700 and I've also stopped using hamburger and I'm now using Turkey and pork also eating lots of raw veggies and no soda

    Start walking. At least 45 min-day up to 2 hours.

    A calorie deficit is what will get you there.
    If you are happy cutting out the foods you have that is fine. But, if you do want to include them in your diet, just keep them within your daily calorie goal.

    As far as walking, or any exercise, goes- If you are new to purposeful exercise start slow. 5, 10, 15 minutes is fine, heck just doing a lap around your home is fine. Do what you can, then do a little more.

    Good luck, if you stumble, we all do, just log it and carry on. Don't beat yourself up, and don't give up.

    Well I'm back since I posted last I gained 10lbs :( I've since most it and been very focused I'm setting smaller goals to reach my main! I've started going to the gym and I walk a lot more I am so ready to go to a water park lol!!
