Hello, I'm new to eating healthy and working out... just wondering if someone can tell me what I should/shouldn't be eating before a workout and after. Thank you

Hi, thanks for responding. Right now I'm starting in the gym... doing about 30-40mins of cardio then moving over to other parts everyday is different. Total time in the gym is about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs.0

You don't need to fuel a work out that small. Just cardio over 90 minutes in length.
Just eat your normal food, meal timing isn't really a thing unless your a competing athlete.0
