Hello, I'm new to eating healthy and working out... just wondering if someone can tell me what I should/shouldn't be eating before a workout and after. Thank you

    What type of work out and how long are you doing it for?

    Hi, thanks for responding. Right now I'm starting in the gym... doing about 30-40mins of cardio then moving over to other parts everyday is different. Total time in the gym is about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs.

    You don't need to fuel a work out that small. Just cardio over 90 minutes in length.

    Just eat your normal food, meal timing isn't really a thing unless your a competing athlete.
