Also my husband (he does not need to lose much at all) is eating whatever he wants and I get jealous lol so I have to contend with that too. To be fair hes not eating horribly but he is eating more than I am and he will always be able to as a man and I just need to accept that.

I am set to 1590 a day which is not bad compared to some.

Im currently 209 at 5'5 and want to get to 150 (my first goal). I have it set to 1lb a week and Im walking about an hour a day. I think I lost so much the first couple of weeks due to being so large to start with. Last week I only lost .4 so its slowing down. Oh I am also eating some/to sometimes all my exercise cals!

Not really a recipe but beans have really been low in cals and filling for me! We do a serving of meat, veggies, and then a half cup of beans for some meals. Low cal and filling! We use dried beans and cook them in a little broth/sat season to taste.

I have done them consistently in the past and lost 25lbs. Now I prefer to walk outside or on the track (I found myself getting a bit bored of Leslie). A lot of people find success with her I have heard.

Update on the thin mint saga! I got one of those little snack ziplock bags and I set aside two servings for myself of the thin mints and samoas. Every night I allot cals for some sort of dessert typically those little tiny ice cream cups. These can replace that if I am in the mood for cookies and now the boxes themselves…

We have samoas too lol! They are usually my favorite but they are 80 calories each! So eye opening.

Oh trust me its hard! I have three sons and a husband who can eat pretty much whatever he wants and maintain a normal weight. So unfair!

I was shocked at the cals on these (I shouldnt be) but good ideas! I should not have bought them I know but my kids enjoyed them for dessert earlier I just need to be strong.

For me personally (and I have lost weight in the past but sadly fell off the wagon bigtime and am back on) I do the best I possibly can. I cannot obsess over every single thing so I don't. One time I kept searching favorite fast food of mine in the database. Sonic is horrifying! Over 1k for a bacon cheeseburger alone (doesn't include fries or the soda) haven't been to sonic since!

Thank you so much everyone! I am set to lose a pound of week. I appreciate all of the input and suggestions. Today feels easier so far but I will def look into slower to digest foods to help.

Weird question but do you also retain a bit more water during ovulation as well? I feel like I ate SO well last week but my loss was less than expected.
