I used to hate weighing myself. Now look forward to it every Saturday because I am doing intermittent fasting plus calories count that worked for my body.

Went shopping after 3 months of weight loss. Tried something on and FOR ONCE I said I need small size lol felt great!!!

What helped me the most is skipping breakfast. I just drink coffee in the morning. So left with all my calories to enjoy lunch and good dinner. Light dessert too

Ok here is the thing. I do IF and I try to stay and 1200 calories. So far great results. I do 16 hours fasting and 8 hours eating window. :)

Great to hear that! Unfortunately for me, I have to keep counting calories or else won't lose the weight. But hey, as long as it's working:)

Hi, I have found a diet that works great for me too. I call it life style. Been on it for 22 days so far and lost 9-10lbs :) I walk or hike at least 3x a week. I swear by this style because I can eat everything I want in moderation. Update me on your journey and good luck :)

Hello I am new. I am following a 1200 calorie life style. That's what I call it :). The plan I am doing is working great so far. Very simple
