I'm a newbie here too. Very tired of the roller coaster up and down weight. Getting it off is hard but maintaining the loss is sooo much harder. Which is why I'm here. Have always followed WW before but looking to try something different. I love recipes, so look forward to seeing some from you. WTG on the 13.

Hey Cindy. I suffer from the same thing. New to this site also. My plan is to schedule a night time routine that include a hot bath and going to bed early. Figuring the bath will help relax me and it's harder to eat in the tub
