Hi my name is Cindy and am new to myfitnesspal. I have hit rock bottom and decided it is time for me to take control of my weight loss - again for the thousand's time. I am a sweet attack eater that occurs after dinner. Any suggestions to gain control of this would be greatly appreciated.

Some things you can do, plan some sugar into your calorie budget, don't be too aggressive, exercise, and eat some fruit. Pick your favorites.1

Hey Cindy. I suffer from the same thing. New to this site also. My plan is to schedule a night time routine that include a hot bath and going to bed early. Figuring the bath will help relax me and it's harder to eat in the tub0
