If they are a trigger food for you, it's best to step back for awhile.
I won't be chocolate free forever so I'm managing portions. I have a chocolate treat most days. I'm not good with an open bag of Hershey Kisses, but I do okay with (individually wrapped) Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate squares. You'll need to figure out how to manage cravings when the weight is off too.0 -
