  • Hello... Well this will be quite a challenge, and thanks for putting it out there. I am just starting with Myfitnesspal since the one time I gave it a try several years back. I decided to upgrade and I am very impressed with all the tools and information. This challenge is an added incentive.

  • Jrbolinski there are some great exersises on youtube for that... type in excercise for lupes (for example) and you find several. I have found some great ones for arthritis. Wishing you much success!!
