black, sometimes with a tablespoon of creamer
-
i just buy 100 cal packs
-
diet pops do not have zero calories. it's usually <10 per bottle/serving. it does feel bad for my body when i drink diet coke and fizzy drinks + i'm not a huge fan of them since they taste pretty nasty anyways. i do like bai and crystal light though
-
oreo thins taste better but i'm also weary of processed foods because of addiction, binging, and nutritional purposes. i've only tried vanilla, mint, and chocolate though.
-
so many options! - egg whites/eggs - laughing cow cheese - greek yogurt - almonds - fish - protein bars/drinks - cottage cheese - vegetables!

i have a 12-hour eating window and fast for another 12 hours to equal 24 hours. 6 am-6 pm (sometimes i'll finish at 10 pm) i've tried weekly calories but it's too much of a stretch for me.

anything sweet is dessert for me so there's plenty of options. i like warm protein bars, warm apples, oatmeal, bananas, etc.

i'm not a fan of thanksgiving or those kind of feasts. i'll probably just stick vegetables, some turkey, and something else in moderation. it's not that big of a deal and i can't understand why people stuff themselves during this time. i don't see the need for feasting and i believe the holiday is only about being grateful.

i eat both

vegan/vegetarian meals

i eat whatever i want, as long as it fits my calorie goal.

not unless i need more protein. TMI - they lead to constipation for me. i've realized that almost no snacks or processed foods work well in my body and they make me feel pretty bad. whole foods are a good alternative but you can also try protein powder or drinks.
-
baby carrots, vegetables, whole foods. i love sweet potato, boiled eggs, celery, carrots, pickles, spinach, etc.
-
when i focus on meat and protein, my carbs tend to be low! my weaknesses are fruits and empty cal snacks, which really make my carbs and sugar go over the limit ):
-
not sure but i've always eaten applegate products. i'm not really a fan of meat unless i'm looking to up some nutrients/macros.
-
i have rolled oats and pb2. very filling. sometimes i'll slice an apple, warm it up, and put it in the oats. berries/fruits are good toppings too!
-
i like tuna plain or with chopped celery and avocado
-
sometimes i'll do water fasts or water w/ lemon fasts for religion and spiritual purposes or if i'm just feeling really crappy. not all people support fasting and it can get unhealthy, just like any other routine but it helps me feel a lot better! it also comes with lots of benefits but it's not for everyone

wow! this is very inspiring and motivational (: the bentos are so cute! i love them myself + thanks for the ideas, i might try it soon

- Stayed consistent - Didn't eat out of boredom - Followed my instinct

last one is my pic. dragon fruit is expensive so it's not something i'll buy too often

I don't eat past 6 pm for intermittent fasting. It helps tons with bloating, eating late, and more. So, I reach my calorie goal by around 5 pm. If I eat past 6 pm (7-8ish) then I'll start eating at that time again in the morning. The key concept is to have 12 hours for eating and 12 hours for fasting.
