I sometimes like some grilled fruit, apples, peaches etc over a bit of greek yogurt.

I made this once, it was pretty good considering it's all super processed ingredients. I made them in mini pie shells.

anything sweet is dessert for me so there's plenty of options. i like warm protein bars, warm apples, oatmeal, bananas, etc.0

I just started experimenting with using date sugar in baking- substituting 1 for 1. So far with success, although it can have a slightly grainy texture in some recipes. It has a third less calories than regular sugar, have lots of nutrients and has a low glycemic-index, so it doesn't spike the blood sugar1
