  • I'm due 29 Jan 2019, so 4W6D today. First one, so bit in the dark about everything :smiley: Seeing the doctor on Wednesday for a general checkup and to figure out when I should be going to tests, appointments etc. Hoping to do a natural birth
  • Update from my side: Did a qualitative hCG blood test this morning after getting some very faint positives on home pregnancy test, blood test results came back as "equivocal". So still no conclusive results for me :# I'll go back on Monday to do another blood test if nothing changes by then.

  • Haven't been posting much, mostly because I'm still trying to figure out WHEN we want to start TTC. It would be great if you guys can help me think through the options. I'm 35 and 40 lbs away from a BMI of 25. Do I wait to lose the weight? Short term target is to get BMI under 30, which should be around November/December…
  • Goals for end of the year 1. Make a decision about when we are going to TTC - I might do some extra studying next year, not sure we could juggle a newborn and a Masters 2. Lose about 0.5kg (1.1lbs) per week 3. Excercise 3x per week 4. Keep on logging food daily
