Sorry I fell asleep but I'll answer all the questions. I have a bowel movement approximately twice a week. Idk why since I drink up to a gallon of water a day. My fiber intake is all over the place. I've experimented with fiber as high as 80 grams and as low as 5 grams. Actually the more fiber I eat the worse my symptoms…

Yeah you're right. I just was hoping someone would have a good idea of what's going on. According to these answers it could be a list of things. Might as well get checked. By the way, I just tried eating a late breakfast and it did not stay down :/ *sigh*

I generally don't have regular BM's. The ONLY time I had regular BM's was when I tried a low residue diet as an experiment. But the diet felt unsustainable and only lasted a week for me.

No. Once a week :( and idk why. I drink lots of water and get enough fiber from veggies. I didn't even eat today yet and it feels like I just ate a big meal. I'm STILL full from last night even though the meal was less than 300 calories and primarily vegetables steamed in broth.

I'm not. My bigger meals consists of mainly vegetables. Smaller ones consists of mainly peanut butter, nuts, and cheese. And again, I even furthered my experiment by going lower than a recommended 500 deficit. Weight loss/gain is not supposed to be linear for weeks in a row. And my weight gain didn't show physically except…

I've been eating enough. I was eating the same amounts throughout the entire time. Just in different volume and either solids or liquids. And yes I weigh my food.

How does it taste? I've tried arctic zero before, but...EW. lol. I assume this is better?
-
Alrighty then, thank you for explaining. Love your avi by the way! Is that your's?

Thank you so much! I honestly had NO idea I was doing this. I'm surprised no one brought it up in the past. Not even my own parents (or boyfriend)... I'll make sure to work on it.

Thanks for the insight and advice. Another question (sorry) but what should my macros be for building muscle? I currently get 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fat. And can muscle be built on a vegetarian diet? Am considering going vegan but kinda undecided.

UPDATE: I took a side shot and I'll post it as recommended by some of the commenters here. Sorry for the delay. By the way, I used a belt today and it helps a little but not much. IMO I see a flat-ish bum... It sure feels that way! :s

Thanks for advice though. I'll get on some weight training program like you suggested. And by the way the reason I end up eating 1300-1500 calories is because I get full easily. My appetite is small.
-
I do not... (despite being thin) :(
-
Thanks. Any recommended brands?
-
Thanks for your compliment? lol. It's not exactly "round/firm/out" like I want it to though. I personally dont know anyone else who has the sag/crease issue like I do.

How much is enough? I currently eat in the range of 1300-1500 calories depending on the day.
