Oh Deb I'm so sorry to hear that, you feeling any better?
-
Ah yes, been doing a LOT of research on therapeutic fasting. Water fasting can be done safely at home for up to 30 days before you need supervision, and are obviously not an idiot and don't work out, overexert/ listen to your body, etc. # days in now, doing ok really. Just bored

Just started an 8 day fast, 2 days in. Hoping this will break my psychological barrier of "i NEED to eat". So far going very well, though we will see…

Hi MadGirl, Thanks! Yes from all the stuff I've seen, it's better to really high dose Vitamin D3 (500-10000 per day, spending how low you are) for the first little while, then bring it back down to maintenance levels.
-
Yes Deb I'm here with you! How are you feeling? Congratulations on the new goal and the renewed determination. We are going to do it.

Sudden drop in weight I'm wondering if there is a connection: Hi all. I gotta tell ya, I have NOT been eating faithfully on OMAD the last few weeks, as well as eating a lot of carbs (christmas food, long Italian lunches etc, plus the reasons I mentioned above). But I got on the scale friday, and noticed a sudden drop in…

Yes Deb! Your body is a system, don't feel bad on yourself if weight won't budge, something might be out of whack and it ISN't your fault my dear. Hi Deb, Been In a real down spot. Had to go get checked out for a lot of deficiencies, vitamin D and iron, mainly- but on some supplements now so hopefully on the up. Hi Deb! Yeah I just got the "medium" one (there were three, one for virgin untreated, treated, and heavily damaged). Waiting on the neutralizer/ fixer. I threw a whole pile of coconut oil in the night I got home from the hairdresser, and left it in for several hours. I'll keep doing that every few days or so. 600 cals…
