Try eating foods with a high iron content, such as a square of 90% cocoa chocolate, some muscles (shellfish), or a lean beef steak etc. Your body needs extra iron as you'll be losing iron due to your period.

I mixed 100g plain total greek yogurt (full fat) with a squeeze of organic lemon juice, 15g raspberries and half a scoop of (organic daisy) plain whey protein for breakfast, it was nice although I'm not really into breakfast myself, lol. Nutrition total = 151 cal, 10g carbs (sugars 8g), 8g fat, 17g protein, 62mg sodium.

5'5" and 163lbs (Friday is my weighing in day). I started on 11/11 at 172lbs. My goal weight is 124lbs.

I don't think I'll ever be happy with my weight, even at my lightest weight (which is my current goal) 124lbs, I wasn't happy, but at least I had energy to do things.

I think these clams must be very high calorie if 150g in shell became 10g out of shell. I cooked a further 300g of clams and got 25g of meat, so in total 450g in shell leads to 35g of clam meat. Eating more than 20% carbs tends to make me hungry, I've found sticking to protein and low carb vegetables has cut my hunger drastically, except just before my period.. I get really hungry and binge just before my period, I've found eating foods with high iron content help, also not keeping much sweet or high calorie…
