  • I needed more protein tonight so I was going to have a protein drink and it put my carbs over so I had a 2 egg omelet I am still under on those 2 macros. This is day 2 and I am trying hard to do this correctly. I have about 80 pounds to lose.

  • I'm new to Keto so maybe we can learn together. My biggest challengea are keeping carbs low, planning weekly meals and getting the idea that fats are good out of my head. So basically everything about Keto is challenging to me lol.
