I have the maxi climber go on it almost every day I find I can work up a sweat depending on how fast or slow I go wouldn't be without now.

Hi I'm struggling with bulimia did go to counselling 2 years ago but the thought off weight I gained really scared me to the point I'm back to square one and can't seem to get my head around weight gain. Not sure if I'll ever get over it been on diet on off for weell over 35 years.. ππ

I regularly cycle to and from work 17 miles + then do a 6 hour shift 4/5 times week.

Had lipo and tummy tuck in 2011 best thing I ever did but I can become addictive.

I'm also bulimic had CBT therapy but gone back to my old ways cannot seem to get over it. Add me if anyone wants to. πππ

Hi just like you iv had eating disorder for over 30 years finally diagnosed with bulimia last year did go to CBT therapy did okish but now slipping back into bad habits of restricting counting every calorie exercising for at least 1hour 5-6 days cannot seem to get out of this vicious cycle. I think the only way is by wearing a chest strap heart rate monitor but even they aren't 100% accurate but if you wear the same one all the time that would work better. (only my opinion)

Can relate as I. have Bulimia and rely heavily on slim fast meal replacement bars they are my SAFE food

Hi i was taking laxatives for over 25+ years sometimes taking 60-100 in just few days just to loose weight i have bulimia. My therapy finished but i still have the some issues. Im happy to say i am 18 months laxative free it was very scaryand hard coming off them but it CAN be done.

Hi I had to have 5 week of work as worked in busy kitchen so health and safety didn't allow me to continue.if you have a sit down job cannot see it as problem but it's up to employer. Studying shouldn't be problem either but would discuss it with college first just to be on your safe side. Just to add i was bandaged andβ¦

I've had tummy tuck back in 2011 must say it can be addictive as I've had lipo several times. I would recommend it and would certainly have more done. It was very painful walked around hunched could not straighten back for several weeks but well worth it.

I'm in bulimia recovery finding it really difficult to get back on track lost all mojo no interest in nothing reading your story made me think it can be done and it's all down to me nobody else. I just need to kick myself in the backside and do it.
