I'm never really hungry when I'm watching what I eat, I make sure I get to my 1600 target with healthy fats proteins and carbs. But the treats are the ones that get me, overindulgence is my issue I guess

I make healthier choices when I know the calories of the foods, and you get to treat yourself from time to time without feeling terribly guilty about it. Previously I lost 6kg with calorie counting and exercise, so for me it works.....

I've also been struggling, I changed my goal to 500kg this week from 750kg. Maybe it will make a difference. Any tips on staying on track during the weekend, it seems that's when I'm the weakest.....
