I noticed that I was doing the same thing. I tend to graze between meals. So now I eat a smaller breakfast lunch and dinner so I can have snacks in between meals. That way I'm not eating over my calories.

I only drink iced coffee so I usually put a scoop of protein powder and 1/2 a cup of almond milk in mine.

I exclusively breastfeed my TWINS for 13 months and didn't lose at all and I was pumping as well. I wasn't tracking my calories or anything but I wasn't overeating, I was drinking my calories because I was super thirsty amd I love sweet tea lol. So after the initial weightloss after birth I just maintained. For me if I'm…

I hold on to water we like crazy. I'm on my cycle right now and I'm up 12 pounds in 6 days! I did give in to a few cravings but by this time next week I'll be back at my weight before my cycle or a pound or two less. After my cycle I go low carb, be more mindful about getting 80 oz or more of water, and try to sweat as…

Lol I wasn't angry or hungry. I'm new to the forum and didn't have the notifications on. But I totally agree with not eating too few calories as you continue to lose weight. When I started losing weight I had my calories pretty low (1400) but after doing some research I moved them up to 1800. Because I have PCOS I eat a…

Well I guess I'm not in the same boat as the people who eat their calories back. I still have a good amount of weight to lose (~40 lbs) and I have great energy, I eat over 120 grams of protein a day, and I time my meals to fuel and recover from my workouts. I'm averaging about 1-1.5 lbs lost a week so I am losing at a good…

Just about everyday. That way if what I'm doing isn't working I can quickly reassess what I'm doing by looking at my food and workout logs.

Have someone else make you all accountable. Hire a personal trainer. Then because you've scheduled and paid to workout you'll likely be more motivated to go. Also, if you can pay for meal prep service and don't bring any other food in the house.
