Managed to complete 3 sets of day 13 today and 2 sets of day 14. Killing me, but I haven't quit yet.

I wasn't able to remove mine for a couple years, but now am able to since I lost 10 lbs. It's easier some times during the day than others.

Completed 2 sets of day 12. Hoping to catch up on day 13 and 14 today. Being sick doesn't help :(.

Homemade popcorn is very cheap and can fill you up. Larger containers of yogurt, eggs, baked potatoes with frozen broccoli and cheese. Spaghetti with ground turkey. Beans and rice, homemade soups, salad with meat and cheese. Best of luck. It's more about learning the amount of food you should be eating than the perfect…

Learned my new Tae Kwon Do combinations tonight. It's not pretty watching the slightly off balance 42 year old woman trying to do jumping side kicks in the mirror, but I'm not giving up :).
-
Completed day 11. Plank jacks. Still sore from day 9 pushups and these were intense.
-
Hello, 140's! Haven't seen that number in 5 years. Very excited :).
-
Completed day 9. Form did not look as beautiful as the example, but it worked :).
-
Completed day 8. Hoping to survive the push ups tomorrow.
-
Completed day 7.
-
@designerdiscounts, also took a year off, but thankfully maintained. Here to lose my last 20, down 5 so far.
-
Completed day 6. Not a bad one. Amusing to watch my 4yo try to do it with me.
-
Realized I mixed up day 4 and 5. Did day 4 yesterday. Was only able to complete 2 45 second sets and 1 30 second set. Some is better than none.
-
Really makes me want to eat sugar and watch my 600 lb life.
-
Day 4, 2 minutes knee tap and 45 second knee tap done. All I can say is, Wow. Time goes by faster when you're moving, but it was a killer.
-
Working on a 30 day plank challenge to pass the fitness portion of my next tae kwon do test. So far so good!
-
Day 3 done plus 2 minute forearm plank. Don't know about my core, but my shoulders are complaining!
-
I did a 2 minute firearm plank again and 2 sets of the variation. Much harder than I thought it would be. Probably shouldn't have eaten that doughnut first
-
Tae Kwon Do. Testing again pretty soon and the plank is part of my fitness test.
-
Completed day 1. Actually did a 2 minute forearm plank and 1 45 second. I have to do a 2 minute plank for my next TKD belt so this is why I took this challenge. Only made it to a minute last time so very excited!

I am trying to type into the spreadsheet, but as soon as I click "enter" to go to another box, my info erases. Should I just post here? Never mind. I think I got it.

Bumping, still curious to know if strength training helps with weight loss.
-
Ok, so just maximizing muscle that was already available. Does this help with weight loss or just increases overall fitness?
-
That looks hard. But I really need help in this area, so I will try.

Home from traveling. Went to the gym tonight and was excited to see that I'm only a couple tenths off from before we left on vacation. Yay for maintaining over the holidays.

I'm at 5'4" and am set at 1360 calories a day for 1 lb a week weight loss. Usually easier to make if I add some exercise in.

SAHM here and set myself at lightly active. I walk many steps each day from room to room, up and down the stairs to check the fire, outside to dump the trash and compost and check the mail, to and from the car and stores doing errands, chasing after the puppy and small children, on my feet doing laundry/cleaning/food prep.…

I only started losing weight again after Thanksgiving so I'm going with water to drink and small portions of whatever looks good. Hoping to get in some walking at the in-laws or chasing after small children :).
-
Leaving tomorrow for the in-laws house. Going to some awesomely tempting food (lasagna, seafood) without my normal workouts. Hoping to at least get some walking in or playing with the kids for exercise.

5'4", 151 lbs. Started 2 years ago at 160. Lost 5 lbs and quit logging. Started again last month and lost 4 more. Need to lose 6 more to get out of overweight category and 10-15 more for ideal weight. Set at 1 lb per week so 1360 calories per day.
