Hope I can still join, I just saw this challenge today and decided to try day 1 and 2. Had some problems with the side plank and had to modify a bit for the 3rd set (placed feet in front of each other instead of stacked on top of each other, and was able to get it done.

Keeping with the program. Shoulders not impressed, however I am sure they will get used to it and become stronger for it

Here is a tip, get a mat to place on the floor. I am thinking of getting back to my plank workout. The routine I was using is a 30 second plank followed by 30 second rest. This would be a side, front, side and then leg raises. I would repeat for 16 minutes. I settled on this because every workout app I could find kept increasing the time or duration and that would mess up my morning schedule.

Day 4, 2 minutes knee tap and 45 second knee tap done. All I can say is, Wow. Time goes by faster when you're moving, but it was a killer.

High side planks done day 4. I've never done knee tap planks so I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

I only read this thread yesterday so I am behind. This morning 3x45 sec low plank done.
It was hard... but I am optimistic I can take it one day at the time.
    Good luck everyone xxx

Realized I mixed up day 4 and 5. Did day 4 yesterday. Was only able to complete 2 45 second sets and 1 30 second set. Some is better than none.
