  • Started Keto Monday! I have 15 pounds to lose since having a baby, two years ago. I need ideas for low protein and more fat. I am getting too much protein
  • Type 1 Diabetic. I started low carb a couple of weeks ago and it has helped my blood sugar and weight! My bg was going up and down and now it's leveled out and maybe drops a little. I just make sure that I eat in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner! I also backed off my basal.
  • 5'5 HW: 155 (after pregnancy) CW: 131 GW: 125
  • Wheat bread, turkey, banana peppers, onions and lettuce. I either get vinegar on it or get a pack of Italian to dip it in. Water to drink. Sometimes if I know that I am going to go over for dinner I will get them to scoop the center of the bread out!
  • I don't know where you live but Chick fil a grilled chicken sandwich and a fruit cup. The sandwich has around 300 calories! Pretty much any grilled chicken just look up the nutrition before you go. Hamburgers without the bun and a side salad without cheese. They have a lot of fat but are low carb.
