Good luck guys! While I'm more of an afternoon snack-er than a late night this has inspired me to stop snacking before dinner!

Frappacinos!

I've going to Starbucks 2-3 times a week. I need to stop.

It's not like a super victory, but I haven't motivated to eat at a deficit so I've just been trying to maintain my weight and keep logging until I can kick my butt back into gear again. But at least I didn't completely fall off the wagon! I'm still holding on with two hands!

I'm 5'2" and not very muscular also from the USA. For me, I don't think I could get into a size 4 unless I was like 105 lbs because of the way I fit into pants. Like right now I'm 140 and a size 12 but I know 5' 2" and 140 lb people who are in a size 8. I would say on average though 110-115lbs? You could always get to that…

Honestly, me and my family noticed after I lost 5 pounds. I think it was mostly water weight, but I lost like 3 inches of bloating off my stomach and waist so I suddenly thinner in the waist area. I didn't see my friends until I'd lost 10 lbs and they noticed then. I'm also short (5' 2") and I wasn't super heavy to begin…

My FitBit says I burn at lowest 1900 calories a day and at most 2,900. Usually it's in the 2,000-2,200 range. I also did an experiement using a heart rate monitor with a chest strap for a week to compare it also had me in the 2,000-2,200 range. That just seems so high though. I'm 5' 2" Female 142 lbs. I do average 9,000…

But isn't that a Burger King thing? Ba-Dum Chaaaaa!

I get up at 5:30 on the weekdays and my calorie adjust begins at -20. I usually have about 700 exercise calories on a regular day. I have both FitBit and MFP set to sedentary. Yesterday, I did nothing practically and it still said i could eat 1600 calories and net 1200 with 167 calories to spare. Seems ridiculously high…

Unstoppable swagger!

So after having my FitBit for a month I've decided to finally let my FitBit make adjustments to my calorie intake everyday. Hopefully it goes well!

I meant that I feel sick just right now, not all the time. I get pretty bad anxiety and even when I can move on with my day and deal with it, I'll still feel nauseous. I also get this like "feeling small" feeling when I'm anxious like the world is trying to get me and I can't do anything about it. I think there's two…

This is great! I also have 30 lbs to lose. Right now I'm about 140 and I want to get to 110. Sometimes, it helps to see people starting from where I am. It makes it more real for me. How long did it take? Do you ever feel weird being thinner now or do you feel right at home?

My only problems with fat acceptance tend to be problems with it in practice and not in theory. I hate seeing people who are like absolutely no where near being fat having to "justify" their body and being part of the fat movement. Usually, these people are guys with "dad bods" or girls who maybe have a small stomach pouch…

Eh, I personally think it's a good idea, but only I'd never trust the leadership at the top enough to do it correctly. I'm sure they'd take bribes from certain products and start spewing bs like, "Oh, Ho-Ho's are high in iron! So they are not junk food. But Cheerios? You didn't bribe us enough so now you're junk food. And…

Damn! My question is: how do you feel!
-
As of yesterday, I can run a 12 minute mile! Woooohooo!
-
I really like this idea! Because who really wants to do all that work of dieting and extra exercise after a vacation? And who wants to stress about it on vacation?

I fully admit I am of the female origin, but I understand your struggles.

Yeah, I get that. My mom used to guilt me with the "starving children in Africa". But remember to things: that food is going to waste anyways whether it goes in the bin or on your thighs. Also, that food is already made. Would you be able to reasonably donate it to a third world country? If it's a canned good, maybe, and…

I would just keep being belligerent. I know especially for non-assertive types this is difficult, but if you don't act like your life is on the line, they may never take you seriously. I had to do this with my family. My mom used to get frustrated by me weighing everything because it was "messing up" her system for serving…

Why not? Makes for a good breakfast!

@jodietownsend03 Wow! You look awesome! @SierraFatToSkinny Damn! You kinda remind me of Jodie because you guys both seemed to have lost the weight in pretty much one area (Jodie in her hips, you in your waist). It's incredible! You guys look amazing!

I'm short and people always think I way 120 max. I wish! I'm 140. Also, the fattest part of me is my stomach and I do a pretty good job at hiding it which is probably another reason people think I'm thinner than I am. I have pretty thin legs and arms so if I dress well, I look a size or two smaller. I remember many times…

I'm thankful that women like my grandmother and her grandmother fought to be able to wear pants. It's a really small thing, but I don't think most people think about the fact that it was "unlady-like" to wear pants 60-70 years ago! I'm also thankful for women like my mother who toughed out discrimination in the workplace…

I've lost 14lbs (154-140) and my 14s are looser, but 12s are still a little too tight
-
Oh, I log and weight everything. I even weight food I didn't finish so I can subtract it from how much it weighed before. I weigh lettuce on my sandwich for crying out loud! But yeah, I'm not surprised that my maintenance was only 1700. And I'm not surprised it's 1600 now. It's why I gotta exercise! And yeah I'm being a…

My Fitbit also puts my TDEE at about 2,000, but I swear I started at 1400 a day (not net I wasn't exercising then) and I was only losing 1-2 lbs a month! Like I said, I just kind of go with what my body is telling me. I did 1100 last summer for a month and I didn't die. And yeah, I plan on dropping to .5 a week when I get…

I think I'm like a little, compact curvy babe. And the more weight I lose, the curvier I seem to get. I'm starting to go from cutie to bombshell status real quick!
-
Well, I'm 5' 2" and I personally think the recommended 1200 is more for average height women and doesn't work for everyone. I do exercise, but I eat the calories back ( I also don't use MFP's estimate, I use a calculator from shapsense that uses heart rate). I'm 140lbs right now and I want to get down to 110lbs so that's…
