See, now I feel bad because in other stores I'm a size 10 right now, but I'm still between a 12-14 at Old Navy, but everyone else seems to be having the opposite problem :(

Depends on the brand, but they'll always have a shorter inseam than the regular (and the knee and crotch area will always be tailored to fit a shorter inseam). Sometimes the waist and the hip are about a 1/2 inch smaller than the corresponding regular size. So if a size 10 is 39-30-40 a petite 10 might be 38 1/2-29 1/2-39…

She mentioned earlier she's only 5' 0". I understand her struggle because I'm 5' 2" at 144 and I'm 32% body fat. I'm not surprised with her height.

This is a little off topic, but my dad was that way when he quit smoking and I suggested holding a pen or something of similar size to a cigarette. It apparently worked! He hasn't smoked in years.

Well, I'm the kind of person who likes to run away from my problems. So I do! And if I don't feel like running, I walk! I'm a chocoholic though so sometimes I'll buy myself a bag of Hershey's Kisses or Dove Chocolates and have one or two a day. Usually, that's only the week before Aunt Flo visits though.

I've never tried it, but everyone I know whose done it always gains the weight back. I know one person who didn't, but she has insane will power and wasn't that big to begin with (I think she went from a size 6-2). Maybe she's a 4 now. Still, my friend did it and she yo-yo'ed hard. It was sad to watch. Got to a size 8…

My 130 lb goal reward is to get a tattoo and my goal weight (115 lbs) reward is to get my belly button pierced (also to buy new clothes). I'm trying to find things to do for 5 lbs lost that doesn't involve any high calorie stuff though.

I think you're doing fine. 1 pound in 10 days is basically a pound in a week (only a little less). Don't expect to drop 7 pounds in a month. Yeah, gee, it's almost like there's another factor...an effort of some sort...that is needed to achieve weight loss...like a motivation....determination...maybe some discipline....But weight loss without effort....just doesn't seem possible. How does one accomplish this "work" you speak of?

If it's a little cold than it shouldn't be an issue. If you find yourself vomiting though, I would concentrate on getting better (especially the days after).
