I'm completely the same when it comes to cookies. I could quite happily have 1500calories a day of cookies ha!! Tomorrow I will: 1. Keep track of calorie intake 2. Keep myself busy busy busy away from eating my emotions.

I'm not a massive fan of gum however I buy the strongest flavour (it basically burns your mouth lol) and I have packets stashed around my house, bags, cars etc basically a reminder to tell me food isn't a must. Then your mouth is to strong to have food afterwards (hopefully). I also have - An addictive app game to keep me…

Well Done! Every little helps & take a step at a time! Xx

My top 10 must have/do - 1. Obv count calories 2. Walk before breakfast & walk after dinner 3. Set all plates, scales, cutlery out night before. 4. Have a herbal tea at 8pm (as like a way of telling myself that is the end of the day for anymore food, I used to always snack in evening.) 5. A water bottle comes everywhere…

Thanks, it seems similar to the katogenic diet which is used for Epilepsy. That is the main reason I am thinking of trying the LowGI to see if it helps epilepsy.

I have cut down on dairy recently as I found out I'm lactose intolerant. I still have milk & cheese just lactosefree ones (brand - Arla). I am trying to get it out of all meals & snacks but it seem to be in everything.
