At maintain weight, it shows a little above 1,600 calories but it is at 1,200 for either 1 lb or 2 lbs loss a week. I found there are free sleep apps you can use to help you improve your sleep. I think it takes time to improve your sleep and find one you like. Just another idea.

I think it helps to sort of tire yourself during the daytime or before sleep such as going to the pool or a good 15 to 30 minutes walk with some sunshine. I ate cottage cheese with lite syrup canned peaches. This has helped. I had some calories left so I snacked on almonds and cottage cheese with peaches again instead of something else that may not fill me up. Thank you.

I'd try switching to a healthier pizza. Try thin crust pizza and different brands plus try spinach pizza. Maybe even try making your own. I don't know what pizza you had though. I think you should eat something you really want and enjoy it and just remind yourself that this is that holidays and most people are going to overeat more than usual. The holiday is almost over. Just remember to stay active and try to eat a portion of what you really want but be forgiving. It soon shall pass.

Honestly? I think that setting a rigid goal like losing weight by 2017 or some event is very hard. You want to lose weight because you want to and make it a natural progress not because of the year 2017. It's just too hard in my opinion.
