Struggling with all my goals

I have been Struggling with all my goals that I had set and now I'm thinking about restarting them all in order to get back on track. I've been making excuses in not going to the gym and etc, that's not what I want I'm needing to lose 80 pounds and I hoping to have that gone by the end of 2017 I know I can do this just need to get back on track. Please feel free to add me as a friend I'm needing all the Motivation and Support I can get in order for this to happen.

    I, too, am struggling to reach my goals. I get discouraged very easily when the scale doesn't move, and am having a hard time resisting holiday temptations. I am new to using the community feature, so I have no idea how to add you, but I would love to buddy up and offer each other support. I need to lose about 75 lbs to be in a healthy weight range.

    Try the app HappyScale! It averages it all out so you can still see your progress however small

    Honestly? I think that setting a rigid goal like losing weight by 2017 or some event is very hard. You want to lose weight because you want to and make it a natural progress not because of the year 2017. It's just too hard in my opinion.
