Well done! I managed to drop 7 last year and have not only kept it off, but started to gain more muscle, which I had not done since my 20s. Moderation is the Key with the alcohol, at least for me. :)

Just keep moving and challenging yourself even if just a little. keep a log. Strive to increase resistance/length of your workouts. Take your time, it is not a race. Good luck.
