I want to wear fitted button shirts again without them looking like one false move and a button might coming flying off and take someone's eye out.

Only a few days in but seem to have lost a little belly bloat and the belt has gone down a notch.

Only a week in but the diabetic clinic are delighted I'm back on track, I already feel better and more positive and I love their positive reinforcement.

Hi, I'd like to join in, I've been in the habit of having a drink with dinner pretty much every night so I've restarted my MFP plan a week ago and been alcohol free 7 days so I can definitely chalk yesterday and today up. I don't know how long I'll last, maybe a month, maybe longer, maybe forever.

Today I'm going to make a little start. I've got a wardrobe full of UK 18s and I'm a UK 20 so my first little goal is to get in to those. But I want to sort them out, sort all the cute 50s vintage style stuff out as I love that and put them where I can find them. I'm slowly building a little confidence to relaunch myself…

I've got two balls to go to this year, one in two weeks and the other in September. I bought a really pretty dress online and it wasn't expensive so despite the fact its a couple of inches off closing. I'm wearing that dress to the September ball and not returning it!

T1 over here too, I’m aiming for 60ish carbs but it’s slow going for weightloss! Thank goodness for the Libre. You look amazing, I’ve about 90 pounds to go, hope I can get a nice flat belly back :)

I lasted about 12 days with full on keto, I didn't like it, I craved food with a crunch! I had a blow out day yesterday at a beer festival with friends. Today I’m back on programme, got my meal prep list to do later and I’m heading out for the food shopping and do my next couch to 5k plod. I like that I’ve found the strength to let one day off not become a weekend off :)

I properly committed 5 days ago to logging and managed to start couch to 5k yesterday. Small steps for a long journey! Loving this thread.

I didn't feel great in my dress last night but glad I went out. So many people told me how great I was looking, so much happier and stress free these days having started to change my life. The scales have a long long way to go but feeling better and happier is the ultimate nsv.

I swear my suit trousers feel a bit looser this morning, first time I've worn them in 4 weeks. And signed up to start with a couch 2 5k group in the park this evening. And signed up for some coaching and hynotherapy to deal with some of the food issues. Been a super productive day and it's only lunch time :)
