I'm doing a 12 week cut myself, glad to follow you. I typically start to carb cycle around week 8 then bring carbs back up 2-3 days out to give my muscles the best pump look.

I agree with rainbow. I only carb cycle at the very end of a cut. Or else you will likely burnout rather quickly. It's much more useful for fine-tuning.
