Hey guys, I'm new to this app and so far love it! Thanks to my health insurance, my Apple Watch, and my husband, I feel as motivated as I felt 10 years ago. See, I lost a bunch of weight back in 2011, and since then I gained 33lbs in the last 3-4 years. Now I want to go back to 125-130 and never go back to this. I've been loyal to the gym at 5:00 am for 3 days. I know, not much, but for me, HUGE! Inspired me, so I can inspired you!

    Congrats! Do not sell short the 3 days to gym, you are on your way to creating a habit and routine that will help you through the tougher days. Best of luck to you on your journey!
