Depends on what it is. For example if it is peanut butter or hummus or olive oil, I measure as TBSP. Things like cheese or fruits/veggies or meats, I weigh on my food scale.

I opened my diary now. I had it set for 1 lb a week. I just changed it to 2 lbs per week and now they gave me ~1,800 per day.

Oh trust me if I wanted to eat that amount of calories, I could. Sure I'm 270 lbs bc I ate fast food and soda and JUNK all the time. But I have changed my diet. No soda or juice. No fast food. Hi all, Thanks for your advice. I have a high calorie goal of 2,300. Sometimes I am under that goal by up to 800 which means I still eat 1,500 calories. Sometimes I get closer to that goal.
