I am sure others have suggested it but meal prep for an easy grab. Crockpot meals, one sheet pan meals are always easy and set you up for success! Pinterest is a great resource for finding recipes. So long as you have the spices, this method of cooking is so straight forward :) happy cooking!

I am going to make zoodles and meatballs tonight! I don't add breadcrumbs to my meatballs, maybe a little almond flour. So good!

I am hooked on Halo Top ice cream! It's a 1/2 cup serving, low calories, low fat and has protein! Oatmeal cookie is my favorite :)

I sometimes do whole eggs and sometimes not. Just depends on macros for the day and meal plans! I also particularly like this meal with just egg whites ;)

I eat TONS of stuff. That way, I don't get bored. Breakfast is eggs (scrambled, over medium, just whites, etc) with some veggie. Sometimes it's kale, spinach, mushrooms or leftovers. My favorite on a day I know I'm going to be active is a sweet potato hash with peppers and onions! Lunch is a lean meat and veggie usually.…
