Okay all! I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and went 1/2 a mile. All was good! It felt got to be making steps towards my goals! I appreciate everyone's encouraging words!

Thanks for all your comments! I read every one and I still have tears. I will do this. Tomorrow while my daughter swims, I will walk on the treadmill as long as I can. Baby steps. Today I will take her to a trampoline park- she will not have my issues!

Hi I am new here and have started to lose - but I have way more than a 100 lbs to lose-I am also approaching 50-and I am going to college full time. Argh!!! I am down a little by making changes. Now I have decided to actually change my eating habits. Help this will be hard for me!
