Not really. I still eat the same no matter how much I've gained. I don't know why but I don't see working out as "extra food" more so than something that's good for me.

i've always been a diet coke lover. i've never drank regular soda except for ranume ever. i still drink it, i am just mindful of the sodium.

I thought to lose weight I had to burn more than what I eat. (Unless I was on the biggest loser I don't know how I can burn 1500 cals)

my diet has always been mostly rice and veggies. i don't eat meat at all. i do eat other things. i don't want to make myself eat more when i am already full ^^

Well when you do lose weight, your metabolism drops. And that is basically what could be happening in your case. You need to keep it going. Also, maybe you haven't measured your food properly or you aren't burning enough calories. How long are you at the gym? You need to be there at least at min, 30 to an hour. Do not do…
