what most people want is a quick fix. it's not quick fix at all. you need to put in the work to do it.

No funny stories on my end, but I hate when people do not wipe down the machines. I once went on a treadmill with sweat all over it >< Also girls that are like really obese that come in wearing crop tops and sports bralettes. Yeeeeah

It's half true. However I read that 30% of the calories burned is/can be burned via physical activity. So the other 70% is your body burning off calories, which is why you have to eat under a certain amount.

I did. It was imtimidating at first, seeing I was the only fat person there and was the only one who wouldn't do a push-up, burpee or plank to save my life. you probably didn't read it closely. most breads do a serving size for 1. if you mut do bread try a lower calorie one. the one i have is 40 cals a slice and its just as good as any main bread
