I've been debating my GW for sometime, it used to be 54kgs but now I want to be 41kgs. I do want to know if that is a good enough goal weight for me. I used to think i couldnt be a healthy weight because of my frame structure but seeing people with the same structure be smaller I feel I can do it as well.
what foods do i measure with spoons like 1 tsp and what foods to i weigh? when it comes to scoopers like peanut butter, jelly or hummus i always spoon them.
I do go to the gym every weekday when I can. But there are times I am there for an hour and I feel like I haven't burned enough calories to catch up with eating. How can I tell when it's enough?

is there anything out there that can help track heart rate and calories burned, that isn't expensive?
Cals burned question
I was on the treadmill today for 40 mins and it says 600 cals burned when I put it in; but the treadmill said that i burned 330 cals. i changed it to be accurate. i just want to ask which info is more accurate. i eat under 1000 cals a day naturally but still
I got started this Monday and I feel I am doing great progress. I currently need to lose 40-50kgs to be at a normal weight and to have a normal waistline. I do hope to make friends here :) (I am bad with making friends and I have a learning disablity)
