I was on the treadmill today for 40 mins and it says 600 cals burned when I put it in; but the treadmill said that i burned 330 cals. i changed it to be accurate. i just want to ask which info is more accurate. i eat under 1000 cals a day naturally but still

Both sound very high to me. I'd use the lower and since you're under-eating be sure to eat all those calories back too.

Depending on how much you weigh it could be either. But generally I believe you burn about 100 calories per mile. The more you weigh the higher the burn, the less you weigh the lower the burn.

Again, it depends on how much you weigh. For me, 5k would be about 280 calories if I was running, less if I was walking. It also depends on whether you used the incline.

When in doubt, go with the lower number. And even that may not be accurate.

Why are you only eating 1000? You should be eating 1200 minimum after exercise.

my diet has always been mostly rice and veggies. i don't eat meat at all. i do eat other things. i don't want to make myself eat more when i am already full ^^
