Hill sprints! These take up a very short amount of time and boost the metabolism! great for fat burning and it will only take you 15 to 20minutes!

Those are some really great programs! I suggest for beginners they keep it simple! Stick to the basics and master those. You shouldn't try to curl a 20kg dumbell if you haven't curled 10kg before. Here is a site i found helpful with heaps of awesome guidelines for beginners…
